This was my second purchase from the BMW Store. Service, customer respect and friendly employees is what brought me back to this store. Being a single female I'm often ignored at other dealerships and not taken seriously when looking for a car. Never felt this at the BMW Store. Paul was friendly and informative. A few years back I bought a car from Paul and I needed a bigger car, so I called Paul and had him look for a particular car. He found it and made the experience professional and hassle-free. He took time to show me all of the features of the car and called to see if everything was okay a week later and answered questions.
Looking for a high quality used car is usually pain staking process. John Beam provided a completely different experience. The pre-owned vehicle I was looking at was very thoroughly looked over by skilled technicians and a complete explanation of the status of the car was provided to me. I did not have to negotiate a fair price for the car because that is what John gave me as the initial price. He then helped me get a couple of items repaired on the car at a fair price. This was our first purchase from The BMW Store and it won't be our last. Chuck was great to work with. He was on top of the production and delivery process from start to finish. Conor made the financing easy and quick. Matt in service encouraged me to write down questions and make an appointment to come back soon to address each.
Paul was very easy to work with. He was friendly, knowledgable, and polite. He took the time to answer questions and thoroughly go over the cars features.
Working with Chris was a great experience. I was leaning towards another brand until I talked to Chris. His professionalism, courtesy and attention to detail sold me on the BMW.
