Bob Geisheker was amazing! He listened to our needs and answered all the questions we had. He made sure to find us the best possible rate for our purchase. He followed up with us to ensure that we were satisfied with our car and to answer any questions we had. Since our bluetooth didn't work in the car and we had to go back twice to fix it he made sure that we were taken care of. He called us and apologized to us for the inconvenience as we live in Chicago. I would recommend Bob to anyone looking for a BMW!!!

This is the first BMW we ever bought, thus we were not completely sure what we should go for when we walked into the dealership. Bob Geisheker approached us with very warming welcome, and gave us an education on the standard configuration and the optional add-on's. I had a great first car buying experience working with the people at Knauz. My saleswomen Judy, was very friendly and didn't try to oversell or over push anything on me. If she didn't know the answer to my questions, she spent the time to find out or talk to the person who did know. I am a long time customer of Knauz BMW Frankly, I wouldn't go anywhere else.
