I just purchased my 2015 X5 D from Bob Geisheker at Knauz BMW in Lake Bluff Il. I have bought many automobiles in my life, but have never experienced the professionalism that Bob exhibited throughout the sales and delivery process. The purchase of my new BMW X5 Last month, I purchased a new x5 from Karl Knauz bmw. I was very specific about how the exterior and interior color scheme to look. I bought a car from Knauz because of the Service Department Representative (Albert Ochoa) that I have worked with the past couple of years. Everyone at knauz was very professional. Had a great experience working with salesman Bob G. He didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't want. He was knowledgeable about different BMW cars and not pushy at all. Most of all, he worked to get me into my desired monthly payment. I highly recommend working with Bob.

Very happy with the overall experience at Knauz. They are truly a professional group with customer service in mind. I was helped by Judy Powell and all I can say about her is wow!. She is not only friendly and extremely helpful but also very keen on making sure I was comfortable through all stages of the buying process. The final price on my X1 was also outstanding. A+++ for Knauz and 5 stars for Judy. (ps: delivery was also very good - high marks for Sam Picchietti for explaining every detail about the X1).

My husband and I recently purchased an X3 28i from Judy Powell. We had a most positive experience. Kudos to Knauz for having such an accomplished female sales person on their floor. She is the consummate professional; knowledgable, organized, responsive and pleasant. Our dealings with her were honest, straight forward and direct.
