This was probably the most pleasant car buying experience I had yet. Mr. Davidson, thanks for your patience and eagerness to answer our questions, including your awesome presentation of your product. This was my first time purchasing a luxury vehicle, and my experience was GREAT! Bob Geisheker and John Sherrier were very considerate and patient, despite my slightly overbearing family entourage. I live about an hour away from this dealership, but I'd still drive the distance when I'm ready for an upgrade.

I bought a 650i after much research and having driven the car a few days earlier. I emailed the rep Marek that I intended to buy the car but was short of time. The whole process was done in under an hour. I am big on speed, efficiency and the "short version". This dealer and the professionals who helped me respected my preference and thus I had a pleasant experience. Finally I love the car and I am pleased with the fair price paid.

I recently bought a car from Knauz. Judy, my sales person was knowledgeable and respectful of my time. It was a terrific experience from beginning to end. This is my 6th BMW purchase, and I have always been treated well at every BMW dealership, but Knauz outshines them all - and Judy is by far the best sales person I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with.

I had a great experience with Judy! I was walking through the showroom and noticed a BMW that caught my eye. Judy said hello and asked if I was interested in buying and I said I might be because I was picking up my BMW from the shop. She was so personable until, I couldn't help but listen. She mentioned some 2015 BMW that were on sale. I thought, let's listen to the lady with the personality. Guess what, she got a sale that day! Judy was by far one of the best sales consultants I have had to date. Her professionalism throughout the purchase process was second to none. Judy did everything that she said she was going to do.
