We purchased our X5 through Judy. She was extremely helpful, she even came in on her day off so we could see the car. We came from out of town to purchase the vehicle and she also arranged it so we could take the vehicle home the same day we decided to purchase it.

My wife and I were looking for a 328i Xdrive for a few weeks and spent a lot of time driving to multiple dealerships. We also had our eyes set on a Benz c300 but none of the Benz dealership offered us with the same respect or considered us true customers because of our young age. Knauz scheduled an appointment with us and had the car ready for the test drive as we set foot in the dealership. Friendly with great service, I recommend going here if you’re looking for a BMW.

We love our new X5! Dave and Steven really took care of us and we are so excited to be a part of the Knauz family. My Genius instructor was also great at setting me up to drive off and I will be back soon for the complete overview. The whole experience and ease with service (pick up and drop off) made the trip up north worth it. We will continue to patronize Knauz and will also refer our friends.

Our first time experience dealing with Knauz was outstanding and much of the credit goes to Bob Geisheker. Unbelievable first time experience at Knauz. Our salesman, Rolly Davidson , carefully and patiently stepped us through the test drive of several vehicles with an unbelievable knowledge of his product. I had an awesome experience bringing my X5 home at this dealership. I love my new car. Dave Benck was my salesman. He was professional and knowledgeable. Dave was personal and helpful without the pushy car salesman traits. He answered all my questions patiently and guided me with putting together just the perfect package for my needs. Everyone from the sales manager to finance was just incredible, making the experience enjoyable. If anyone is considering buying a new BMW, they should definitely come here!
