I just bought my 5th BMW and my first from Knauz. Best car buying experience ever! First, and most importantly, Judy Powell was fantastic. Recently, I purchased a 2015 BMW X5 at Knauz BMW. A friend referred me to salesperson Judy Powell, and I will say I've never enjoyed buying a car more than with her. Generally, buying a car comes with annoying salesmen pressuring a customer into upgrades and unnecessarily dragging out the shopping experience to the point where the customer is so turned off by the staff that they no longer want the car, even if they wanted it when they walked into the dealer. We recently took delivery of our 4th Knauz BMW in 6 years including a 528, 535, X3, and now an X5. Special thanks to Judy for making our car buying experience a real pleasure. I called Judy Powell at about noon, came in about 3:00 and drove away with my new car at 7:30. I had a particular model, color and set of packages that she worked hard to optimize within my price limits. She suggested a different model that fit even better and she was right on. This is the second time I've purchased a new BMW from Judy - I highly recommend her.

Initially i had experienced very slow responses to my internet requests on a specific model that interested. Once I had hookup with Sales person Judy Powell, and scheduled a visit then changed things quickly. Judy is very knowledgeable about the car that I was interested and very well aware of the history of the car. We had a frank discussion on the car and it went well at the dealership. Initially I was disappointed because I was told via internet sales folks to talk to a certain person and that person had no idea I was coming to see a car. I was turned over to Bob Geisheker to continue. Things turned for the better. Bob showed me want I wanted to see. He is low pressure and very knowledgeable.
