The experience was like renewing and old friendship, although we had never met before. Bob Geisheker did a great job from our first email contact to the final handshake on our way out of the door. Steve Kwasman is also a pro, and made the otherwise tedious part of the purchase almost fun. .
WOW--what an awesome experience! Visited Knauz to pick up my FREE (earned) Mary Kay car and the reception from everyone was so welcoming --could have been because we -- yes we -- there was 5 of us there to pick up the FREE Mary Kay 320i BMW!!! This is my first BMW purchase in my life and while my specific tastes in cars (435i xDrive w/ a manual transmission and red interior) made the process very difficult.
