I took delivery of my BMW X1 from Knauz on 12/30. Judy Powell and Steve Kwasman, the business manager, helped me complete all the paperwork. It was an easy transaction. Judy also had Spencer (the computer genius) showed me some of the features of the new car. Judy was an ultimate professional. This is my third car from Knauz since 2009, last two times dealt with Judy. Hard to imagine that anyone would take the time and put in such effort to make sure that I got exactly what I wanted, but that's what she does. A delight to deal with, she made the whole process fun and enjoyable. I'll be back again.
Judy was terrific ! We just purchased our second car from her. Judy was very knowledgable about the BMW . David Roland and his service department keep us coming back!

I have been with Knauz since 1996 and their customer service is second to none. I have had the privilege to currently be a client of Judy Powell and she is fantastic. She is very well versed about BMW and its products and she is patient and well-spoken when she interacts with her clients.
