Judy Powell is patient, informative and very well prepared. She located a very wonderful used car for us that was exactly what we had in mind. The day we took delivery of our car she had everything ready for us, and we had her undivided attention for every detail. Just took delivery on my 2014 BMW X5 after having a 2011 X5 come off lease. The 2014 is a blast to drive! It is definitely the UDM! I think I have become hooked on BMW's. Bob was great to work with throughout the car buying process. I never felt rushed through the process and thought Bob did a great job of weighing my concerns and interest with the dealerships. I would return time and time again to Bob for future purchases.

I had a BMW 535Xi coming off lease and needed to make a decision on what to do. I contacted various dealers but could not get a straight answer on my options. Karl Knauz BMW is the best place to shop for a BMW in the great Chicago area. It has the largest collection of models equipped with various options, new and used. One can always find a dream BMW car that is desirable and yet within the budget. We have bought two cars there (6 years apart). It also provides excellent services on car maintenance. I came in to purchase a car and worked with Bob Giesheker. He was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I was debating between an Audi and a BMW and after he showed me all the features of the CPO 3 Series, it was hands down the BMW. I got my new 2014 BMW 535xi from Knauz BMW. Judy was extremely helpful and professional and made the entire process very smooth. Having purchased 3 brand new cars (Lexus, Mercedes and BMW) last year from 3 different dealerships, I think my experience at Knauz was the best, thanks to Judy. Judy Powell is the most wonderful person from whom to buy a car. This is my second purchase of a BMW from Judy. I live near Perillo and work near Fields, but she makes it worth the drive up to Knauz.
