Great people to deal with. Where to start. Our sales agent Judy Powell was wonderful and the Business Manager Steve Kwasman is an awesome, knowledgeable person. They are very curtious, knowledgeable, honest, good listeners and over all excellent to deal with. We ended up buying three new BMWs from them. I will defiantly refeer my family and friends to them. Excellent staff :)

The sales associate was very nice prompt, good at negotiation, got a good delivery, fast and processing was quick. Overall experience was very good and will defiantly chose to for any future purchases.

I have purchased 15 cars in my lifetime, and can say without reservation that Judy is the best car salesperson with whom I have ever dealt. Judy did not play games with pricing, and used none of the standard gimmicks. She was so confident in both her product and her price that she did not pressure me at all when I told her I wanted to shop around before committing. Our car buying experience at Knauz BMW was great. Bob Geisheker was excellent to work with! We highly recommend him. He is knowledgeable and thorough and provided terrific service. He went the extra mile to find the combination of car and price that we were looking for.

I worked with Bob Geisheker, who was matched up with me through the Costco Auto program. He was really great. The dealership did not have the vehicle I was interested in, but he found one and had it shipped in. He was very attentive to my needs as a consumer and made sure I had everything I wanted. Recently my husband and I had a great experience purchasing out certified BMW working with Judy Powell. I highly recommend Judy. She was fantastic, was very flexible, took us on test drives after hours (barely after hours) and was great a following up without being too pushy. John in finance made the financing process very painless. I would highly recommend working with Judy and I would purchase from Knauz again.
