My experience with Knauz BMW and Bob was great and I would recommend anyone interested in purchasing a BMW to go visit Bob. This was my first car and Bob guided me through the entire process step by step, making sure I understood what I was getting. Loved working with this dealership and Judy Powell. Husband has a Mercedes; this is my first BMW. Judy Powell found the car we wanted -- color and equipment -- in days. She is so pleasant and knowledgeable and handled all the processing and paper work very efficiently. She rescued my sunglasses left in previous car being traded in, and personally sat with me and the "genius," to orient me to the wonders of this car. She says she is always there for me if I have any questions or concerns, and I'll go back to her if I need to.

The purchase experince at Knauz was overall pleasureable , and I would recommend . The staff that I dealt with our obviously very well trained and are experinced . There was not a question that I raised that was not answered in anything but a honest and forthright manner .As a professional business person , i appreciated the - thinking from the client's viewpoint - that they communicated . Patience , a lack of pressure - but the still the right level of focus earned my business , and will continue to do so.

Worked with Judy Powell to purchase 2011 CPO BMW 5 series. She is simply awesome to work with. She knows what exactly you are looking for. Well versed with great sales experience and with high knowledge in BMW auto. She also helped me in trade in my old car. Overall experience here at Auto Dealer and especially with Judy is great. This was my fourth purchase from Knauz and first time working with Judy Powell. She really listened to what was important to me and offered several options (both new and certified pre-owned). She was very helpful during the test drives --- pointing out the similarities and differences between the cars I was considering and my (then) current BMW. It was a busy Black Friday morning but I did not feel hurried in any way.
