Had the pleasure of buying a 435i Xdrive Convertible this past week from Knauz. What a pleasure dealing with Bob Geisheker & Luke Wojtas there. I recently purchased a pre-owned BMW X5 from the Karl Knauz Dealership. Judy Powell was our Client Service Advisor, and ensured the overall experience was well organized for an Out of State Purchase, including the trade of our previous BMW 5 Series. George was fantastic to work with. I went to another BMW dealership earlier in the week, big difference in experience. Financing person and the audio genius were also great. I was not looking forward to the experience and my wife and I came away with a much different attitude. And this doesn't even talk to how much my wife loves her X3.

I had the Pleasure of working with Brock when I got to the dealership. Brock Really gave us the full experience. The car had somewhat of an empty carfax records, and he was able to find and provide me with the full Service record of the car. We had also asked if we could put the car up on the lift to see it underneath, and that is typically not done for customers, but Brock made no fuss about it, he just got the car on the lift and let us look.
