I was referred to Knauz by friends who have purchased and leased with great experience and ease. From the moment I walked in I felt comfortable with George Greve. He was patient and let me test drive 3 different cars and when it came down to negotiation and financing was very up front and wanted to make the best deal for me. I'm so happy with my purchase!

Purchased 2016 BMW X5, Brock was extremely helpful and was able to execute all my needs efficiently. Was hoping to find a car on the lot with desired options to avoid ordering and waiting. Unfortunately nothing was suitable and decided to order exactly what I wanted. Brock said it should take 3 week at most, 9 days later the care arrived. This was certainly a great buying experience, and will certainly recommend the dealership and Brock to friends and family.

I arrived at the dealership, not knowing exactly what I was looking for. I know I needed a new car, since the lease on my current BMW was about to expire. So since I was in the neighborhood, I decided to pay Knauz a visit. Bob approached and politely ask what I was in for? I'd never been to Knauz before and didn't know what to expect. The had the rare used car I wanted spec'd as how I'd order it. I found a nice family run business with the owner on site. George was great and and treated me well. What a great difference from the "mega dealerships." I'd buy from them again.

George Greve was outstanding to work with, I can not say enough about how well I was treated!
