Marek Gryc was an excellent salesperson, Scott Adduci was a straightforward and efficient finance guy, the buying and delivery process was as good as any I have experienced, and the car is terrific. Good show all around.

My wife and I recently bought a car here and I can't say enough good things about this place! This was hands down the best car buying experience of my life. Bob Geisheker was amazing! He was very easy to deal with, responsive to emails and got us a great deal. Luke (BMW Genius) was also wonderful and gave us a very through overview of our new car. I'll be coming back here for for all my new cars.

Bob Geisheker has been wonderful with my purchase today of the 2016 bmw 228i xdrive. He has been honest quick and prompt with all my questions. The most important thing that i like about this guy is that he gives you the best deal without playing around. Ask for it and if its doable he will give it plain and simple.

Always get good service at Knauz. I have had 2 Twentyfive BMWs including two 3 series and five 6 series. Would recommend Knauz to Anyone.

I knew I wanted to lease BMW's i3 (2015). Bob Geisheker made the process very easy. He knew the available cars and developed a very fair lease arrangement. The BMW "Genius", Luke, showed me all the car's buttons and knobs and screens; he was relaxed and patient. The business manager, Scott, concluded the financial papers quickly and efficiently. This was a good experience start to finish.

I bought a loaner 2015 BMW 535i xDrive in in mineral white before Memorial Day with 3000 miles on it. Essentially a new car with full warranty. It was a steal. Judy Powell was very warm, knowledgeable and accommodating. She let me test drive a few different cars and even let me test drive the same one twice as I was unsure. She was friendly and willing to work with me on price with her manager. I wanted to go with the A6 but she sold me the brand. We recently bought a new car from Karl Knauz BMW. Our sales person was Marek. He was professional and helpful throughout the experience. After shopping around we got the best deal from Knauz. It was a little longer drive for us but worth it. DB

From start to finish, I've had a wonderful experience with Knauz in Lake Bluff. My salesperson, Bob Geisheker and Spencer, were a great team, friendly, professional and helpful. Bob Graziano, the business manager and Doug in finance were terrific too. This team made the overall car buying experience very positive. I would highly recommend this dealership to others.

Picked up my new 535xi last week. The total experience in ending up with the 535xi was absolutely excellent. From the first meeting with Roland Davidson to discuss a new 535xi, through the selection of the car I wanted, closing the deal, and then taking delivery, it all worked like clockwork.
