Great people to deal with and great car! This is my first BMW and I love it! My salesperson, Judy Powell, was an absolute pleasure to deal with -- a real professional who answered all my questions and made the car buying process as easy and efficient as possible. This is my first BMW and I do not know anyone at the dealership. I was sent to Client Advisor George Greve. He was very helpful and not a typical car salesman who gives you a lot of pressure. He let me take the car and experience the drive myself. I would recommend him to anyone if you do not want unnecessary pressure when you are shopping for a car. I just purchased a certified pre-owned X3 from Knauz. I received great service from Bob. We looked at BMWs at nearby dealerships but decided in the end to buy it at Knauz since we previously purchased a vehicle there. Bob was helpful in trying to get us the best price. During the pick-up, Sam gave me an overview of the X3. There was a personal touch dealing with the folks here. I am happy with the purchase experience and hope to enjoy this X3!

"Happiness is in your own backyard" and truly it was! Living only a couple miles from Knauz Motors in Lake Bluff we had never purchased a car there. Maybe it's because we've always driven Audis. We just purchased a pre-owned Audi and had a wonderful experience! We look forward to repeating the experience in the future!!

Scott Adduci, the Finance Director, was very helpful and trustworthy. George and Scott went out of their way to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase. George was great. The used car manager was extremely rude and pretty much a jerk, but George definitely earned my business. Will only deal with him in the future.
