I recently leased a 535i (my 4th one) from Judy Powell at Karl Knauz. My son also purchased the car I was turning in as I had so few miles on it. I went to one other local dealership and was not seen as a serious buyer, walked into Knauz and got excellent service and drove home in my new BMW X5 a few hours later. My car is awesome and the. Sales process and recent experience with my standard service check up was ideal. I highly recommend this dealership!

I came to Knauz to demo a specific car. The salesman, George Greve, was exceptionally helpful, so much so that I bought the car and felt very fairly treated doing so. In addition, other aspects of the dealership, such as the geniuses and financial department were very helpful. George has continued to follow up when I visit the showroom and is someone I recommend to friends considering BMW.

This was my fifth purchase from Knauz and second deal with Judy. My family had a "sort of" complex trade-in situation, and Judy helped us navigate that without a hitch. More importantly, she listened to shat was important to me and worked with me to narrow the search and consider a variety of fairly different options. I am absolutely delighted with the new 428i. Judy and Spencer Parker (the "BMW Genius" who familiarizes buyers with all the fabulous BMW features.

This past June I casually chatted with Bob Geisheker while my 2005 330i was in service, I had mentioned I was considering purchasing a new car. Of course he asked “what are you considering”?
