This is my second purchase with Knauz. I had been in touch with Judy Powell at Knauz BMW for about 6 months before I purchased the X5 in July-2014. It has been a great experience without any sales pressure. I will recommend Knauz and Judy to anyone considering a purchase of a BMW.

Great dealer and great customer service!! Bob is extremely knowledgable and honest!! Best service advisor I have ever had!! The sales department is fantastic and the financing department didn't take that long to get a finance.. awesome service

2 weeks ago we had the great pleasure of working with Judith from Knauz BMW in Lake Bluff. As soon as we stepped into the office we were drawn to her friendly smile. George helped me lease my new BMW 320i xDrive and provided great sales service. If you want to skip the BS and have a great experience, this is the place for you. I met with Bob in early July and he was very respectful of my time. We came to a meeting of the minds price wise fairly quickly. I came in at the end of the month to make my purchase and Bob was nice enough to have Brock Gordon assist with the paperwork and get me in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I recommend that you purchase an auto there.
