When we walked into the dealership to get my car we met George. Right away he showed us the best options based on what we wanted. We found the perfect car and we also got the perfect price! All of this happened very easily and quickly, which is how dealers should be! We got the best car at the best price, what more could you need?

Other dealers should really pay attention to this amazing Team at Knauz, specially George Greve. That was my second car lease with George. He was direct, gave me his best efforts to make my leasing experience seamless and worked hard to give me the best deal. It was by far the best experience I had in any dealership in the Chicago area.

One of life's most unpleasurable experiences is car shopping. Knauz Auto in lake Bluff, IL changed that entire experience for me. I found my car online at the Knauz website- which was quite high tech. I was able to negotiate online and also view trade in values., I was also able to look at the CARFAX for the pre-owned model I wanted. My wife and I had a great experience working with Bob. He was able to be flexible with our schedule (we live in the city) and was very helpful in deciding the best pricing/payment options for the particular car we chose. We couldn't have been happier with our car and dealer selection. Everything worked out great and we will definitely be returning down the road!

Came into Knauz for the first time and met with George. What a great person! Very open and honest and allowed me the time to try a new vehicle for an extended test drive. That was the clincher! Fell for a new 750Li and never looked back! George and the entire team (Scott, Luke) were helpful and walked me through the process of becoming part of the Knauz family. We visited Knauz with a vague idea that we might want a new BMW convertible. George was amazingly helpful, no pressure and knowledgable. He was able to show us several models that might work, handled the valuation of our trade-in and worked with us to successfully close a deal. We drove out within an hour with our new 428 xDrive and LOVE IT!

Very very happy to have done the business with Knauz BMW center. George was our sales representative and he made the buying experience educative, seamless, and easy for us.
