I really like the support I get at this dealership. They are friendly and more important to me they are very competent at maintainance and repairs . I work for a major civil engineering concern and alongside engineers all day for 30 years now . I can tell when I am working with competent professional people. This is what a dealership shoul be ! I've been here several times for maintainance and do not have a second thought about returning.

I just would like to say that everytime that I have to come in service, Mr. Harding is so friendly and helpful. He goes out of his way to please customers. He also gives me the full truth about my car. He also lead me to another person named Neil Rivera which is my client advisor. Mr. Rivera is very helpful and kind, he lead me to my new car, and went out of his way to get me what I needed. These guys great advisors to me and my family. God bless them.

Every time I come in they have taken my car in quickly even if I don't call in advance. Paul has always been helpful ,kind and friendly. Chris hardaway was the sales person that sold me the 528i series. He also was friendly,helpful and kind. The waiting room is comfortable

I had a great experience at BMW of Schererville. Glenn Green was my sales professional. He made the experience easy & efficient. He listened well to what my needs were & followed up with me right away. He also went out of his way to accommodate my schedule, which included him coming in on his day off to make sure I got my car when it was convenient for me. We've purchased five vehicles from BMW of Schererville since 2005; each sale was handled by Bruce Guidotti and all service through Kristy Murphy. Bruce and Kristy are seasoned pros who are the best in the business! We can't imagine shopping for cars anywhere else - they make spending our hard-earned money a pleasure and go out of their way to make sure everything meets our satisfaction!

I had a great experience purchasing a used 2008 BMW. Not only did I get a good deal but Tommy helped walk me through the entire process and answered all of my questions. I will definetly recommend him to anyone else looking for a car and the dealership as well because of their amazing prices.

I purchased my first BMW in December of 2007 and I was quite impressed with my purchasing experience. In April of 2011 I purchased my 2nd BMW and the sale experienced was just as pleasant as the first. The entire staff was accomadating and very friendly. We downsized from a larger SUV to a 335 diesel. We knew what we were looking for when we walked in the door & had already visited the dealerships website before going. They had exactly what we were looking for and exactly what they had advertised. We loved our experience at this dealer.
