Always very helpful and patient. Bruce takes his time with you and you feel like you are taken care of. I would recommend them to anyone interested in buying BMW, they are thorough and knowledgeable and very fast. The dealership is always very clean and you don't have to wait long.
Bruce has always taken care of us at BMW of Schererville. He has always offered the best prices for the vehicles and always happy to help in anyway that he could. He is very knowledgable about the cars and is unintimidating in his approach. The prices here are by far the best you can get. I bought my 3 series new from this dealer 5 years ago and have loved every second of the BMW experience. I have over 70,000 miles on the car and am treated like I just bought a car there yesterday, every time I am in the dealership it is a treat. Great expierience I was not sure if I could afford a Certified Used BMW but Neil made sure I could. I had to go for routine maintenance. They informed me that my breaks needed to be serviced soon. They took care of it very quickly. I have the maintenance plan so they did not have to take care of it at that visit. hey could have waited and sent me a flyer like other dealerships do.Great service. Very happy with my purchase and with the service I received.
Great service and sales equipment. It made my chose easy. Justin was great. He helped me makeup my mind between two models of BMW. He had the service department park the two models side-by-side in the proper colors right outside the large window of the dealership. Thank you Justin.
