"I’ve had ups and downs at this dealership, though this..." I’ve had ups and downs at this dealership, though this last experience was spot on. I love that they give you a loaner; I was given a beautiful M 550 Sedan. Some staff barely look at you, though my service advisor Alfred Erdos, acknowledged me right away, and was quick to process my service visit. He was friendly, quick, & professional and as I said gave me a beautiful loaner. He’s a new addition since I was in last, and I’m glad he was my advisor.

"Corey and Al have been very responsive during several..." Corey and Al have been very responsive during several visits this summer, despite the limitations of the Covid Pandemic. It was easy to schedule an appointment and the text message communication worked well. Everything very professional and made for a great expericence. Many thanks to the whole team,

"Such a positive experience. They found exactly the car..." Such a positive experience. They found exactly the car we wanted on a ship inbound from Germany somewhere in the Atlantic. Price negotiations were fair and painless, and to top it off, they delivered the car to our home. Best car buying experience I've ever had.

I scheduled an online appointment and even received a text the day before confirming my appointment but once I arrived there wasn't any record of my appointment, but Corey took care of me and I got to keep my scheduled service. Prompt check in and departure and I noticed my car was sanitized.

"Work product is always well done. Was a bit disappointed..." Work product is always well done. Was a bit disappointed with my last service; car was kept at the dealership initially for 2 days waiting for parts, which turned into 3 days to complete the repair leaving me no other transportation alternatives.
