"Prompt expert service." Al was very pleasant and greeted me promptly upon my arrival at the service area. He answered all my questions and added several cleaning services at my request with no extra charge. He was very customer friendly and updated me regularly on the status of the vehicle while I was waiting. He is an excellent service manager.
