"Great experience. One other customer not wearing a mask..." Great experience. One other customer not wearing a mask and nobody from dealership spoke to him. Big issue. Don't put cookies out since it forces customers to remove their mask.

"Service Due" Vehicle needing routine service, never have to wait long, flexible with hours, have always had a good experience/ usually prefer to wait, comfortable area available. Maeve is great.

"Great service, conscious of COVID" It was easy to schedule, easy to pay, and easy to pick up. Car was clean and drives well. My only complaint is that all of my iDrive settings and all of my radio button settings were wiped out with the software update (recall). It took me an hour to reprogram both keys. Although this may be an issue with BMW USA rather than the dealer.

"Very pleased with the organization, service and..." Very pleased with the organization, service and cleanliness of the operation. This was my first visit and I look forward to using them in the future. My only “complaint” is that I had to request an update after 2.5 hours of sitting in the lounge. Suggest you check in with customers every 2 hours or so in case they may need to change the game plan.

"No Problems" Courteous, knowledgeable,e employees who put the customer at the center. Appreciate the courtesies they extended to me. Straightforward approach - I picked a car that I liked and everything flowed smoothly from this point with no speed bumps to impede the transaction.
