Service - Oil Leak Service was good. Drop off was quick and pick up was quick. Got a call from my "Service Rep" after I dropped it off to touch base and leave her number if I had any questions.
Exceeds expectations Derek Elliott and the service department went beyond my expectations. They were very meticulous with troubleshooting my problem and kept me informed. Top notch service!
Very Good Service As Usual Great place to get your BMW serviced. Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful service reps and prompt service. Only suggestion for them is that they really need to improve wifi reception in their otherwise great waiting area .
Good experience Diagnosed problem well. Provided recommended routine preventative maintenance, but actually called me once under the hood, and recommended delaying, saying it wasn't needed yet after looking at the car (this was honest and an unexpected pleasant surprise). Provided loaner car. Finished work when they said they would. Service representative communicates clearly and friendly. Overall good experience.
BMW 328 They took care of me on short notice and turned the problem around in a reasonable amount of time. The service manager was very professional.
Great People and Great Service Brought my car in after one month of purchase and have the BMW Genius help me on all the functions of car that I didn't know. Mary Ann told me everything she knows about my X4. I requested for a polish on wood piece from the interior and late found more scratched on it, it may be an accident caused by someone who did the service but my sales Alex will help me to order and new piece. Great Service with Steve the advisor I brought my 2011 bmw 328xi due to check engine light. My car has about 53k miles. They gave me a complimentary diagnoses because I just recently had my oil change there. My advisor Steve was nice enough to went through my vehicle info and found out that I am eligible for the ulev warranty which cover within 150k miles or 10 years.
