Very Good Experience I had a very good experience buying a 2011 535ix after seeing the car on Cars.com. They negotiated a fair price with me over the phone for this certified pre-owned car, then closed the deal per our phone agreement after I made the 90 minute drive. No high pressure sales tactics. I really liked my salesman, Tam Do. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to work with. I would recommend him again.
Good experience. Great facility. Found a Mercedes 350 E on line in the color my wife wanted. Contacted salesman. At first told him of the car I was interested in and said it was sold. Upon later contact said it was still available. Met with salesman and test drove the car. It checked our perfectly. The best experience hands down! This was the first time my wife and I had gone to a BMW dealership, so I'm unsure if this is the way all of them operate, but we had an amazing experience at Steven's Creek BMW! Bob walked us all over the lot to find the perfect vehicle and that we did, 2006 525i. There was no hassling over the price, didn't need to because it was the best deal I could find! Seemed reasonable I bought a used 335i from these guys, and I found Rocky to be helpful and sincere. That being said, I got the impression that other reps there were just out for themselves so it's probably a mixed bag.
