Buying a pre-owned certified 320i BMW 2015 Wonderful experience from selecting a pre-owned certified 320i 2015 BMW to the trade in of my 1999 XK8 Jaguar to the financing. They even had a technician demonstrate all of the electronics and help with programming before I left the dealership

5 stars for Juan The right brake light stopped working on my car. So today, on my way to work, I stopped by Stevens Creek BMW. I didn't have an appointment but Juan had a quick look and was able to fix the light in less than 5 minutes.
Excellent service! I drove in yesterday afternoon with a flat tire. Juan was able to help me and made sure I was taken care of quickly! I received a new tire and car wash in just under 2 hours! Thanks to Juan for his excellent customer service, I really appreciated how he took care of me!

Easiest Car Purchase! Dave Parker, Fleet Manager is the best. He was patient with us (we changed our mind from one model to the next at the last minute), friendly and very knowledgable. My family has bought 2 other cars from him and we will be back to purchase our next BMW from Dave. He is a true professional!
