Cameron J The worst people to buy a car from. This is my third BMW and since I moved from Southern California I tried them. The internet manager TJ Sing put in an order for me for X5 hybrid and when the car got her he switched prices and wanted to charge me $150 more monthly on a 3 year lease. Save your self a lot of aggravation Don?t buy from Stevens creek.

swapping old lease for new lease closing out old lease early and getting new lease was painless. would be better if there were more cars available for new lease to choose from

Repeat purchase at your dealership Purchasing a vehicle sucks, however, this is not the case with a salesperson like Prac. Prac does everything he can to make it as easy as possible for you, he is a major reason why I returned to this dealership for an additional 640 from Stevens Creek BMW. Additionally, enhancing your sales with finance people like Livia is keeping you above the hundreds of other BMW dealerships. Hard to get appointment and correct info : I can't give zero ratings for this dealer, so giving 1. I have to return back my leased car this week and third-party inspection over last week as per BMW instructions almost a month back. Then getting an appointment with the BMW inspection officer is very hard as the person(Daniel) didn't answer the phone call when representatives trying to connect him or even when I call him directly. Mrs. Cindy Ebadat skip the sales pitch guy and go straight to the person drawing up the lease form to go over all the hidden cost the nitty-gritty of repairs, what is covered and not covered and to what extent etc...to avoid costly surprises.
