Great car buying experience at Steven's Creek BMW Very easy, low pressure transaction. I bought an i3 from their electric car facility next door to the big showroom, and I dealt with Bryan. He was incredibly well-informed, low, low pressure, and very helpful. I never felt like I was being abused or manipulated. Even the finance woman was low-pressure, although she did make a few attempts at selling me the nonsense add-ons. Still, she was respectful and professional.
