"SUPER Friendly service " Bill was incredibly friendly, patient, and acomodating. The facility is comfortable, the bathrooms are clean, there’s WiFi, coffee/tea/hot cocoa/water, and everyone seemed happy to be there. These people definitely prioritize customer service.
"Service was great " Woke up to a flat tire the Saturday before Christmas. Called BMW and they were friendly and helpful. Took the car in and waited while they checked things out. Within two hours I had my car back washed, vacuumed and with a new tire! Very thankful they were open and accommodating so close to holiday!
"Good experience" Overall good quality. The price is high, but it’s BMW, so it’s understandable. The staff I work with is Adam. He is very patient and helpful.
