"Good service" Very happy with the service and the curtesy of billy the manager and Nick the mechanic that worked on my car BMW X5 bouts the car another location and was surprised I nice they where!
"It was great as always " I love the dealership !!!! My advisor was on vac and Cameron Plenty was great ! I was in and out and hand coffee and Philadelphia pretzel and plush waiting area !
"Service on my 550 i" The service adviser Adam was very knowledgeable about my BMW 550i.He suggested many service needs that should be addressed for my car due to my mileage.He answered all my concerns and questions.
"Recall Fixes and Check-up" Nice place, good service in terms of shuttle drop off and pickup and doing recall repairs with no fuss. Super clean and modern facility that fits with what anyone would expect from BMW. Recall items fixed with no issues or costs (thank you). Other items in need of work like tire repair/replacement suggested were rather pricey (see also: very nice new facility). Not exactly a complaint. These nice cars have expensive parts.
"Service" The service is great but it is always a inconvenient that they only have limited loaner cars and I have to find other resource to take care of my Business.

"CPO 2016 BMW" Positive experience from the moment of walking in the door. Lou is a real pleasure to deal with through the whole experience. Her attention to all the details on the car were above and beyond. Also, appreciated her willingness to be straight to the point and help you find exactly what your are looking for.
"Repair Service" Although I waited a little longer than expected overall I am satisfied. The staff was pleasant and reported to me on the status of my vehicle in a timely manner.
