"good Experience " Billy took excellent care of me. I do t always have the best experience at this dealership however lately they’ve been doing very well with accommodating me and taking care of what needs to be done on my vehicle.

"Service Issues - Great Service" Had a deflating/flat tire this morning on my way to work. I was able to stop by the dealership without an appointment and have the tire replaced in less than an hour - and that even included a car wash and interior vacuum! Can’t ask for more than that!
"Service at BMW of the Main Line" Brought my car in to repair one of the rear seat belts. They were able to get the parts and perform the service in the same day. Set me up with a loaner car. My Service Advisor, Adam, was extremely thorough, and they did a great job.
"Fast help when a huge nail stopped me in my tracks" Got a flat tire, which meant replacing all four since they had about 20,000 miles on them. Really appreciated that they let me come in almost at closing, and were very attentive. Arranged a loaner for me on the spot, and got me four new tires within 24 hours. Good stuff--not thier fault the roads have hazards!
"Well organized service operation " Easy to get an appointment, you are greeted promptly and efficiently, comfortable eating area with fruit and water and reading materials. A positive dealersip experience.
"Best dealer experience" If you want to be treated with respect, smothered with good will and listened to then go to BMW of the Mail Line. Best sales force and best service team I have ever met.
