"Flat tire" Great, prompt and courteous service! My tire was losing air slowly, but they took care of ithe is due on the same day I contacted them.
"Great Job" Had an issue with my engine light coming on and my car stalling. They did a great job trouble shooting the problem and coming up with a solution. Along the way they picked up something I had missed, that could have been dangerous: a spot on one if my front tires that had worn through to the next level if rubber. My service assistant was great to work with. He explained everything to me as well as what I needed to do and what could wait.
"Service and service Representative" Here at Main Line they make sure you are taken care of from figuring out your car problems to making sure you have a loaner and or a way home if need be. Our Service Representative was Adam Jensen and he was great he made sure he explained the process along with calling us back for questions. I recommend BMW at main Line
"Great Service" I had a problem with my radio and Debbie took a detailed explanation so the service attendant would know the exact problem. She kept me up to date with the progress during the day. She was very attentive.
"Honest and Integrity best describes BMW Mainline" The best car buying experience ever. I ordered a white 2019 X3 and when it was already 3 weeks into production I decided I wanted to change the color to black. The dealership said no problem as we will put it in the showroom and we will sell it anyway. Next my car came in with the right color but incorrect trim. "Outstanding Service " Debbie Schmitt is a terrific service advisor. If you have a question she will get the answer for you. She listens to her clients, advises the client of the work that needs to be performed, keeps the client updated on the status of their vehicle and when the work is expected to be completed. I would be remiss if I didn't mention the car jockeys, specifically Eric and Claude. I had a question about an error message I received on the dashboard. "Always friendly and helpful" The service representative is always friendly and helpful. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. The loaner cares are always very comforable. The waiting time is always minimal.
"Top notch dealership!" My wife and I both just got cars and are extremely happy with our purchase. Everyone at the dealership was over the top with exceptional service making my wife and us feel right at home. Couldn’t of purchased a better car for a better price!
"BMW Main Line rules. " Adam in service is the best. I have a 2018 X3 and really loved the car for the first 6 months. Had a few minor electrical issues and random messages popping up that annoyed the sh*t outta me so I mentioned it during my routine oil change and maintenance. EVERYTHING got taken care of.
