the experience with Kerry Simmons and BMW of Main LIne was everything you could ask for in a car purchase/dealership......knowledgeable, honest, attentive without being pushy, and respectful of my ideas/needs in a car. The pricing was fully explained and fair, so that you can understand how you reach the deal, and they volunteer the cost saving information to you, so that they help you maximize possible manufacturer's incentives. The efficiency of cloisng and attention to detail at delivery is also laudable.
My experience with BMW of the Mainline began with a phone call with which Mr. Simmons assisted me. He was very willing to provide me information on specific vehicles that I identified from their internet site. He was also prompt to call me back with any information that he did not have readily available at the time of the initial call.
