First BMW Very pleasant sales experience working with Client Advisor, Tanner. He assisted us throughout the sales process and helped us find the car we were looking for. Easy working with the Mike in the finance department and he got us out the door quickly. Finally, the BMW Genius, Anthony, was very helpful in showing us the car’s features and getting our phone paired up. Definitely would recommend dealing with Faulkner BMW of Lancaster.

Shopping for a new to me vehicle/lease Looking to add a new to me / leased vehicle. Even though we did not find exactly what I was looking for at this dealership the salesperson was extremely polite and knowledgeable of the vehicles I was looking at test driving.
Great experience! I started looking for a great condition, used SUV. I visited multiple dealers, and by far the nicest and least stress free was Faulkner BMW. Easy decision, and completely no hassle purchase.
