The story begins after I get the airbag recall notice 7 months prior to me actually showing up. I dropped off the 2001 325i and went back hoke. I received a call stating they did not have the airbag in rock but they'd give me a loaner. I don't know if it's policy but it helped tremedously. Their staff are very friendly and knowledgable.
