We were very pleased with the service experience. Hannah Loveday was excellent - she kept us updated regularly on status of our vehicle repair. It has been an excellent experience compared to all other car purchases done in the past. Everything communicated over the phone or email were delivered. Loaner car and actual delivery of the new car were carried out as promised and w/o surprises
Hannah Loveday was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Not knowing how long it would take to resolve my check engine light, they gave me a ride home. It turned out to be an easy fix & they changed the oil while the car was there. Bill, the driver picked me up after a short time. He is very nice and a good driver as well! The experience was painless to say the least.
My wife and I was very pleased with Victoria Guthery, she performed our service in a prompt in timely fashion and she took care our vehicle very well. I would highly recommend her.
I came out with a new car. Chad Ludwig was very helpful with taking care of checking out my car. The salesperson Robert was a lifesaver too.
First visit to have service performed on our X5. Was greeted very nicely & Hannah Loveday was very friendly & answered all my questions. She let me know about the oil change special that saved me $40. I was ok with the wait 2.5 hrs, she offered to have me taken somewhere for breakfast, I declined & just waited. Just bought used car and the sales person is great guy, but the the finance person is kinda not smiling the whole paperwork's signing, not even handshake after the deal (referring to the finance person), what's up with that. I still recommend this dealership but he needs to change his character.
