I took my 128i in for servicing. My advisor, Alex Harmsen, was incredibly professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. In the past, I have had multiple horrible and unprofessional experiences at Mazda of Temecula, and have since not taken any of my vehicles to the service department. I'm so grateful for the positive and professional work ethics BMW of Murrieta provides! Great work!!!
Victoria has always been so helpful and helping me with service issues with my 10-year-old BMW X.3. Because of the age but very low miles it's taken a few trips to the BMW dealer in Murrieta service department to get everything as it should be and Victoria Guthery has always always been a top notch professional who goes out of her way to make sure you and your BMW baby are well cared for.
My initial intention was to browse through my options of the my next vechical. I have looked online and did an inquires on the trade of my current vechical which prompt me to visit the BMW of murrieta. I was greeted by the reception desk and was quickly being attended to. Charity Andrews was my sale advisor, she was awesome and extremely patience while I was deciding on which car I wanted. Thomas Forgot in finance made it all possible.
Carl, was a very nice salesperson to work with. When I arrived at the dealership I was set on one particular car which Carl told me had sold. He quickly found me another certified pre- owned vehicle with a comparable price and mileage. The entire car buying process for me started early morning and I did not finish until 5:30pm. My experience with BMW was a good time, from the minute i pulled in, i had to get my car serviced and that at any other dealer could be a pain but i was amazed with the facility and the employees Hannah Loveday in the service department was a absolute joy to deal with i was called and given updates on my car, the service area is crazy clean and organized.This is my first BMW but i can promise you after my experience it wont be my last.
Carl was a wonderful and enthusiastic employee. I threw curve balls at him and there was no hesitation on a solution. I was in and our in good time, and they made me confident by recommending I go through their dealership directly instead of third party sources.
Hannah Loveday is courteous and professional and set me up with a rental car for the day!! This means I did not have to wait around. Service is great at BMW as ALWAYS! This is my third BMW and still getting great service. :) Thank you Hannah!
