I do want to thank BMW of Murrieta for their service and excellent staff. I have been driving BMWs for almost 15 years now and have noticed inconsistency of service in several places. The Murrieta location is relatively new and has tried to be as accommodating and serviceable as possible with customers. The staff goes all out to make sure we are satisfied with the service and that we leave happy and confident that they have done their best. Ileen Garibay was our sales representative and was outstanding in helping us select a car. Very knowledgeable and professional. We had already decided what we wanted before arriving at the dealership and Ilene, with some diligence, was able to find a car that satisfied our requests. Overall, the whole dealership is top notch and everyone we met exemplified professionalism, product knowledge, and friendliness. We were able to meet and chat the owner which was an extra bonus to our whole buying experience.
I have to say that I drove from Orange County to Murrieta which was one and a half hour and Ileen Garibay made my time SO worth. I had 3 BMWs for the past ten years but I'll go to Murrieta one for my future BMWs. She treats customers with honesty which caught me. I've been dealing with many dealers and she was the best sales person so far. Thank you for your help.

Brandon Halland has big help not only he show me what i want to see and explain the what I can get for my Buget. He made everything very simple to include the train of my maxima at a very good trade in and answer all my question with detail and ask us if he answer correctly. The best car buying experince!!
