CHAD LUDWIG OF THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT GREETED ME. HE WAS SURPRISED I WAS STILL EXPERIENCING THE SAME PROBLEM AND ASSURED ME IT WOULD BE TAKEN CARE OF. AT THE TIME THE HAD NO MORE LOANER CARS. HE LET ME KNOW THE PART(S) WERE ORDERED AND WOULD BE INSTALLED THE NEXT DAY. MY CAR WAS CLEANED BY THEM AS ALWAYS AND THE PASSENGER AIRBAG ICON NO LONGER STAYS ON. IT'S FIXED. YEAH.
I have a e90 sulev with multiple issues. After 2 different Bmw dealer and still no problem fixed . Ryan Cornille was able to address my issue. I had enormous emission issue and thanks to Ryan explained to me that my car has emission warranty, note other dealers didn't mention to me! To keep this short he fixed my car in 4 days and with exceeding expectation had my car running like new again saving my family thousand in repairs . Thanks Ryan Cornille keep up the great 5 star work .
Ryan Cornille provided excellent service replacing my X5 with the requested Michelin RFTs and when I returned 2 days later because of a loud squeak when breaking, he took the vehicle in immediately and had it evaluated and reassured me the brakes were fine and it was likely an issue with a sensor. He was courteous, serious about his responsibilities and above all he addressed the issue expeditiously.
Would highly recommend this dealer to all my families & friends, great service, reliability , customer service otiented, always ready to help , accommodating, staff very helpful , friendly , accessible to freeway
