Excellent service and Hannah Loveday is an great service rep. Hannah is very knowledgeable, timely and Hannah does an excellent follow-up to insure you are are satisfied with the work done and the service support.
Victoria Guthery in the service area always goes over the top to provide the very best service. The store is always very clean and my car is highly maintained. When I bought my Acura the Service Manager was very rude on a repair I did not cause. Not so at BMW Murrieta. They know how to take care of you and make the experience fun.
An outstanding customer experience. Worked with George (GSM), Thomas (Finance) and Dave Townsend (sales rep), and all did a fabulous job. Not only were they very responsive, they met my price and even better. I ordered the car instead of purchasing off the lot, and George kept me updated on shipping and pushed to get delivery earlier. Everything was done professionally and couldn't have been better. As Siskel and Ebert used to say, "two thumbs up" (and if they had more thumbs, BMW of Murrietta would get them!).
I walked into BMW of Murrieta 1 month before I purchased and received my vehicle. I was originally approached by John Hardin. He was very professional with a personable and trustworthy personality. I checked several BMW dealers in SoCal for a 428i equipped to my specifications and found it at the one closest to my home. The staff is helpful and friendly and my sales advisor, Ileen Garibay, made sure I was familiar with the many new features in the vehicle and then arranged a follow-up for my wife and me with their Technology "genius". We could not be more pleased with the decision to purchase at BMW of Murrieta.
Last week we walked in to BMW and were greated by Joe Garcia and was treated very well. He was professional and courteous. We later met Savanna Osborne and was also made to feel at home. Savanna Osborne was so professional and courteous throughout the whole experience. She treated me and my family like if it was her own. Later on we met the finance manager Renee who was so helpful. BMW is blessed to have some one like Savanna Osborne representing them.
After a fonding a great salesperson when I bought my X535D I am so glad to have found Victoria Guthery as my service advisor. I am yet to find another service advisor with her level of professionalism and ownership of the tasks at hand and get your vehicle fixed right the first time. Thank you Victoria
