I must say that the service employees at this dealer are amazing, especially Victoria Guthery, her personality always puts me in a good mood. She is always happy and very helpful.
Hannah Loveday has been the best service advisor I have dealt with. She keeps you up to date on the status of your vehicle. She is also very easy to get a hold of and actually calls back in a timely manner, unlike one other female that I had previously worked with (don't want to say names). I hope I work with no one else in the future.
Prompt and thorough service Hannah loveday recognized this was unusual and rather than make me wait a long time and then tell me they would have to take the seat out she quickly made arrangements for me to come back and get a loaner

10/9/2015 BMW of Murrieta provides excellent service. The team is proficient, courteous and responsive. Each time I have required service I have been able to schedule a timely and convenient appointment. This was my first time dealing with Chad Ludwig and he was excellent. He went over everything with me. My car was done within 3 hours which was great. I called Chad as I has further questions and he took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed. Excellent experience all the way around
I've been taking my car there for over 3years. I can honestly say that Chad Ludwig and Carol Tilton make me feel as if it were the very first time i brought my car in. What ever my car is there for Chad always calls me to let me know whats going on. Down to a little part such as replacing a knob, I get a phone call. They are absolutely the real meaning of Customer Service!
I just want to say that Jolene Bucholz was absolutely amazing in service and helped me with all my needs. When we are ready for the next one we will be back for sure!
