Wonderful, fun, and smooth car buying process with Carl! Will be back for second car and to work with Carl again! My husband and I loved the process and willingness of Carl to go to bat for us and help us with a deal we both felt comfortable with. Carl was even willing to stay open later until 11:30pm when the paperwork and everything was done just to provide us with that level of customer service! Oh, and when I came out and had a huge red bow on my car, that made me a murrieta/Carl customer for life! THANK YOU!

I have been taking my car to Victoria Guthery for several years and am so pleased with each and every interaction and service. Victoria took great care of me by providing daily updates on my car and providing a nice loaner car while my car was being serviced. She is extremely professional and listens to each one of my complaints. Victoria is understanding and very polite. I recommend her to all my fellow BMW friends!!

This was my first encounter with Mr Chad Ludwig. I found him to be very personable, knowledgeable about the BMW Motor Car. I was interested in changing the type of tire that originally came with my BMW M5 to a different brand. I asked Mr Ludwig a couple of questions regarding the type of tire I wanted to have installed. We both agreed that this particular brand would definitely compliment my BMWas far as safety and looks. scheduled a service and extras and was taken care of by Victoria Guthrie . . she did a great job as she had done previously, and that's why I requested her as my service representative again.
It is always a pleasant experience to go to the Murrieta BMW. This time my Service Rep was Victoria Guthery, she was so pleasant and kept me informed as to my car's progress while in Service. While getting a cup of coffee one of the Dealerships Managers inquired as to why I was there and if I needed anything please feel free to call him. Everyone is "ALWAYS" so nice....
