The service I received on my new car was fantastic. From the moment we were seen stuck on the road to the quick and extremely courteous help we received. I had my car back in two days. I cannot thank the service department enough for their quick service. I also have to thank Thomas Forget for his stopping to help me on a Sunday and arranging a tow and another car to drive. He kept me advised on the status of the car which was so helpful. I cannot thank everyone enough. I love my new car
From the moment you stepped in, everyone appeared genuinely happy and eager to help. Bianca Mata, was excellent from beginning to end. The purchase was smooth and I was in and out of there in less than 3 hours. I got a better interest rate than USAA. Highly recommend it

A little over four years ago now, I walked into a few dealerships to test drive this and that. Wow!! Just a first class dealership. I have never had a bad experience with there staff. Chad Ludwig in the service department is our go to guy, he makes sure everything is taken care of with our vehicle. From minor services to warranty issues, it's a painless experience. We purchased the very first 330e to be sold at BMW of Murrieta. Being the first of it's kind for BMW, there was lots to learn. Skip Noell worked with me for weeks in preparation of this cars arrival. When it was time to make the deal, he went above and beyond the call of duty and landed us a fantastic deal on a beautiful vehicle. Our 328i was a blast, but now with the 20% increase in torque, I can't stop grinning ear to ear!
