Best experience I have ever had purchasing a car. The process was simple quick and most of all fun. BMW of murrieta took the hassle of buying a car into a positive experience with the customers best interest in mind. Also, David my sales rep was awesome, professional and very informative But most of all he was friendly and, welcoming Customer service - on point. Thank you David.

I have had several different service advisers, but this time it was Alex Harmsen and she was very pleasant to have take care of the repair on my X3.
I have always had great service here at BMW Murrieta. I took my car in for service, a 528i and my service advisor was Victoria Guthery. Victoria was very nice, outgoing and pleasant to work with as all of the advisors I have had there at BMW are. She kept me informed of all work being done and the price. Took my 550i for the first time and couldn't be happier. Came to rave about Victoria but looks like others have beat me to the punch... many times over. All service rep at murrieya bmw seem to be nice and knowledgeable but ask for Victoria. She will go extra miles to take care of you.
I dealt with Brandon and Ryon Holland at the dealership. Brandon drove the vehicle to my house to make sure it would fit in my garage- no small "ask", as I live 1/2 hour away from the dealership. Ryon handled the paperwork at the dealership and there were no issues whatsoever. Since it was month end, their inside staff was buried and Ryon kept apologizing for it taking so long, but it wasn't that bad at all. I would buy another vehicle from this dealership in a heartbeat.
