There was a recall on my vehicle and I was placed in a very nice loaner. No waiting and my car was ready when due.
Had my BMW in the dealership for service on 28 July 2016. I was treated very well by Amy Wilson and my car came back to me looking great, which made me feel very happy. The woman working at the front desk, I believe her name was CJ, was also extremely helpful.
Chad Ludwig, was great hel,, very nice, catered to all of my needs and did so with a positive attitude, thanks Chad, you really came through in the pinch. Roy helped us buy our first BMW. It was great service. Not only we bought one , but two BMW. He was knowledgeable of the product, and made us very comfortable at the dealer ship.
I believe that people are the reason for a sale business to succeed! Rodrigo Cavalle was our advisor! From the get go he was friendly and knowledgeable and made everything easier! Downside of the whole sale was how long it took to get everything done and out the door but i guess somethings you cannot control... Overall i had a good experience and would return in the future!
