Skip was outstanding. I have a disability. I call him Saturday morning at 9:30. He sent me the link to fill out the application. He kept on calling me after the pre-qualification until I decided on the color and model. Then Slip kept on sending me SMS messages thanking me for being patient because it was the end of the month and a Saturday. That was the Best Experience I had so far. Many luxury car dealerships claim to provide 5 star service, but truthfully I've never walked away from a dealership feeling like a VIP. The car buying or leasing process has always left such a bad taste in my mouth. I'm a huge fan of BMW, so I knew I wanted a BMW again. An i3 to be exact. I was visiting the area from San Diego when my car stopped running. I had to be at work on Monday so Hannah Loveday assisted me in getting a loaner car and the repairs I needed were done quickly and professionally. I would gladly go back to Murietta BMW.
I love Victoria Guthery, she makes my day every time I come to get service, is not every day that you can say how happy you are with your car dealer especially with their service department. I must say though that most of the people there are very nice and helpful. I will never take my car anywhere else for service, they won my business for life.
