I have been coming here for about 2 years now and I have always been taken care of by Chad Ludwig. He is the reason I keep coming back because no matter what my problem is he always takes his time to make sure all my problems are addressed and solved . My 335i has been a headache for myself and sometimes ok most of the time I am a pain to deal with and never once has Chad ever ignored my problems . On an insanely busy day yesterday, Monday, my service rep was Chad Ludwig. I watched him manage customers, fellow staff members, while processing work orders. He did it all with consistent calmness and clarity--all the while maintaining an easy warmth. I purchased a 2011 328i from BMW of Murrieta and couldn't be more pleased.I did my homework on the car so I knew what I wanted.The car I got looks almost like it did coming off the show room floor 5 yrs ago.It has a tiny nick in the paint and a small abrasion on the side of the drivers side seat but otherwise perfect with only 52,000 mi. on it.The price reflected the quality so I paid a little over the average cost but got a real fair deal on my trade in.I dealt with Carl Burt and could not have been any happier with his hel... read more
Raven was very helpful with everything. Kind, courteous and informative. My transmission was going out and they installed a brand new one, not a rebuild. Also installed a new valve cover gasket. I was also able to use one of their BMW courtesy shuttle vehicles for free. All of this would have costed thousands of dollars but was covered under the extended warranty. I took my BMW 7s there. It has has some issue of not resetting one code. They finally found the code but the cost was too high considering that I had just paid for the car to be fixed somewhere else. Anyway, Chad was amazing in his advising and way forward. Oops, they also fixed the recall issues and washed my car!! Joseph
