In taking our 2011 528i in for service, I wanted to make sure it was in good shape for our upcoming trip. Our service assistant was Allison Wentland, who was truly professional. She met me with a smile and eagerness that said, "We are here to serve you and resolve any maintenance and/or repairs that are necessary. The service was completed in a timely fashion and all maintenance checks were done expertly. I would definitely recommend BMW of Murrieta to any other Beamers out there that want a dealership they can trust.

Charles was patient and took his time to answer all my questions. I wasn't planning on, buying a car just looking for info. I ended up with a car and very happy with the service I received. I'm very happy with the deal I made and would recommend any one looking for a BMW to use Murrieta BMW.

I purchased my gently used Mini Cooper Countryman from Charles Arroyo. My experience with Charles was great he was very professional and there was no high pressure sales tactics at all. He is a great asset to Murrieta BMW. Going through the financing process was easy also. I highly recommend BMW Murrieta to anyone buying not just a new BMW but they have a great selection of certified used vehicles as well.

I've had my BMW serviced at this location on several occasions. The customer service there is top notch and Hannah always provides service with a smile and excellent communication with updates on the vehicle, daily if the vehicle takes more than a day to get fixed. Hannah is my go to rep! I've never had to bring my car in for re-work and am always provides a loaner car. I recommend this dealership to anyone needing service. You can probably get some work done cheaper but I think they're work is worth the extra cost.

I must say that Bmw of Murrieta has a friendly and courteous staff however when it comes to Hannah Loveday she is a true professional very knowledgeable of the product and she realy caterers to her clients need by giving timely follow up calls and also try to resolve any issue you might be having when it comes to taking care of your vehicle so that you can have a piece of mind while driving the ultimate driving machine.

BMW of Murrieta is simply the Best!! I'd heard some of the stigma around going to the dealer for repairs---that they are "intimidating and way too expensive". Don't believe that HYPE!! They have treated me with first class service and went well beyond the call of duty to make sure that I left with my vehicle repaired and not to mention a smile on my face from ear to ear!! I drove up for my appointment and a service person instructed me to pull right in to the service department. From that point Hannah Loveday assisted me through the entire process - want they were going to do, future service information, appointment duration. Hannah Loveday was quick, polite, and very knowledgeable. A true professional.
