Called and talked with Allison(SP?) in service and told her my daughter's car service light was on. We rented a car so she could get to work and "HOPEFULLY" get her car in that day. Allison called me back within minutes to say yes come in. Car was done that night. Everyone I talked to was very courteous. Thank you again for the quick turn around
We couldn't sync up on the right car. But he was truly a fantastic salesman. Thank you. Hopefully in the future I'll be able to come back and find the right car.
I was assigned to Raven Sherwood at the service department to have my windshield looked at and the windows tinted. She wasted no time: explained to me that my warranty paperwork is still being process and that she will follow up with the company and keep me posted. The tint was applied and done in a timely manner. She inspected it herself before and after having the vehicle washed. With only a couple of weeks on the job and she already "ROCKS". Superb customer service and outstanding work on the vehicle.

I recently took my 5-Series in for a routine oil change and was able to accomplish so much more than I could have anticipated in just one visit. I was fortunate enough to come across Mr. Chad Ludwig who went out of his way to greet me, ask about my family and hear out all of my concerns regarding the vehicle. Looked at X3's. Went to a dealership in Orange County and had a less than favorable experience. Came back to Murrieta and got the car I wanted with all the options on a certified pre owned. Couldn't be happier! Carl and Mike were both great!
