I never like buying a car however Rod Cavalle made leasing my new BMW ( 5 series) the most pleasant experience I have ever had. Rod knew his product and was very professional. He is a real asset to Murrieta BMW. Thanks for such great service.
The service center employees are happy and enthusiastic to ask what you need and what they can do as soon as you pull your car in. Hannah was very thorough and very detail about the service my car is getting that day, more than I expected and she kept me in the loop the whole time.
Purchased a 2016 X1 from BMW of Murrieta. Found out it had a nail in the front driver's side tire. Hannah Love day took care of everything and got me on my way.
BMW of Murrietta is definitely the best dealership I have ever experienced. I recently had my X5 worked on by the service deptartment and I have to say they were efficient and satisfied all of the cars needs. The service advisor was courteous and kept me in the loop the whole time. Can't say enough about this dealership!!

My on-line shopping experience was very positive with BMW Murrieta. I submitted an email for follow up and received contact the next morning in regards to the vehicle I was interested in. It was a great experience with BMW Murrieta for me. Sales representative had excellent costumer service, outstanding communication skills. I never bought a BMW before, I just went just to look around but he was able to convince me to buy a 3 series and I am very much enjoying it.
